How do I get started?
Spend some time filling out our
questionnaire and creating a profile. Upload your pictures and write a little bit about yourself. We will
review your profile and pictures, and within 48-72 hours, you will be all set
to go!
Can I change my profile settings once it is already up?
You can always edit your profile
simply by going to My Profile and making your changes. It will take us 24 to 72 hours to look over your edits
and upload them to our site. When we post your updated profile, you will receive an email letting you
know.
To go to My Profile and make
changes:
● Click Home on the left
side of the blue bar at the top of your screen
● Click My Profile from the
menu.
● Go to the Profile Interest
Navigator on the left side of your screen
● Click the topic where you
would like to make changes and make your changes

Can I search for matches?
No, at this time you cannot
search for matches. Because most of our members come to us looking for a strong relationship, we pride
ourselves on providing matches that we believe have the highest likelihood for success.
Is there any way that members could get my email information
without my giving it to them?
iChurch provides members with a
site specific email tool, Open Dialog. Open Dialog creates a unique means of online communication that
never reveals your personal email address. Disclosing personal information is entirely up to you and we do urge
you to exercise caution in making this decision.
Do you limit the amount of matches that I can receive?
No. We send matches based on the
number of candidates in our pool who mirror the priorities that you described in your iChurch
questionnaire. You receive a new match every time you take your first action on
a provided match. For example, if
you review your New Matches and send 1 st Questions to 2 matches and archive the 3 rd match,
iChurch will send you 3 more new matches within 24 hours. If you do not feel
like you are receiving enough matches and
would like to receive more, try extending the Distance You Are Willing to Go for Love.
What if I want to take a break?
Whether you started dating a
special match or have a lot going on in your life, sometimes we need a break.
You always have the option to
take a time out by .hiding. your profile. You will still receive matches, but
your profile will no longer appear in
others' new matches. Reverse your decision at any time by following the same steps.
To hide your profile:
● Click Home on the left
side of the blue bar at the top of your screen
● Click My Profile from the
menu.
● Click on the large blue

Can I change my matching preferences?
Of course. You can change all the
following information:
● Matches If you want to
receive matches or not
● Distance Your location as
the size of the geographic parameter you want to search

habits, drinking habits, if you have kids, feelings about Matches with children, feelings about
having or adopting children
● Desired Age Range
what is an ideal age
● Desired Religious the
denominations that you are willing to consider, is this a priority to you

To edit your matching
preferences:
● Click Home on the left
side of the blue bar at the top of your screen
● Click My Matching Criteria
from the menu.

What do I do if I know I am not interested in a match?
To remove a match from its
existing location at any point in the process, send it to the Archives. Send a goodbye message if you want or
just click on the orange Archive button, available at all communication stages. Sending a match to the
Archives, allows you keep your possible candidates organized so that you can focus on the matches that
most interest you. Likewise, we remove the match from our database of possible candidates.
Can I re-open a Connection that I Archived?
Yes, there are two courses of
action for restoring an archived match. First, if you wish to restore an
archived match that did not also
archive you, just go to Archives and click on restore. Second, if you wish to
restore an archived match that also archived
you, you need to send us an email specifically requesting to re-initiate communication with that match.
Include the match's name and city and we will contact them for you.
Provided that your match also
wants to resume communication, as soon as your match gives us the go ahead we will send you an email
notification.
To request restoring an archived
match that also archived you:

How
do I change my password?
Click on My Account Settings at the top right of your page. Click the Password/Username button. Change
your password.
What
if I forget my password?
After your third failed attempt to sign on to your account, you
will see the security question that you chose at sign up and a prompt to
answer. Give the correct answer and you will gain site entry. Follow the
steps above to change your password.
How
do I change my username?
Click on My Account Settings at the top right of your page. Click the Password/Username button. Change
your username.
Is
my information available for viewing after I shut down my account?
When you shut down your account, your information is
immediately pulled from the view of your connections to best
protect your privacy. Of course, you are invited to re-open your account at
any time and you connections will resume access to your information.

How
do I post my photo?
Its easy to post photos on your profile. Just log onto your
iChurch account, click on My Profile, and click on Add/ Edit Photos. Make sure
the image is cropped, retouched and sized under 4 mb before you upload it. It
may take up to 72hrs for us to approve and upload your image.
How
do I resize my pic?
Select a JPG, GIF or BMP file.
Using Windows
● Click
on on the Start menu, the button on the bottom left corner of
your screen.
● Select
Programs and click on Accessories,
● Scroll
down and click on Paint.
● Select
Open from the File Menu
● Select
your desired photo file.
● Now
that your image is open in Paint, go to Image.
● Scroll
down to Skew/ Stretch.
● Next
to Stretch, change both the horizontal and vertical percentages.
Using Vista
● Click
on on the Start menu, the button on the bottom left corner of
your screen.
● Select
Programs and click on Windows Photo Gallery
● Select
the photo that you want to correct and click on Fix
● Click
on Crop
● Drag
the corners of the photo to make the image file smaller
What
makes a good iChurch photo?
Its best to submit a headshot,
a portrait style image of yourself including only your shoulders and face, for
your primary profile pic. To get a clear image and avoid shadow or blurriness,
go outside in full sunlight. Flatter yourself and wear something that makes
you feel attractive. Consider hiring a professional photographer to really
make yourself stand out. And because your pictures are really to showcase you,
all your posted images must have you in them! Please remember that iChurch
does not accept any lewd images and reserves the right to exercise our
discretion.
My
photo is not visible. What's up?

Any advice for navigating online communication?
The iChurch creators have dedicated a lot of energy to making this site as safe as possible for all members, but you should still practice a certain level of caution when meeting new people. Exercise the same caution that you would meeting an individual under
more traditional circumstances. Take advantage of our unique anonymous communication system until you
feel truly comfortable with someone, and do not rush to share your personal contact information. When in fact
you do share your personal information, do not hesitate to conduct your research. Run your match's
name through an internet search engine or solicit a background check from an online service before going
out together. Be mindful of any inconsistencies. In the event that you do to go on a date with your
match, meet in a public place and take your own transportation. Do not meet at your house or workplace
and arrange to check in with a friend following your outing. Be aware, be cautious and trust your
judgments. These simple acts help ensure you a positive dating experience!

Check on the status of your subscription
Do I have to validate to receive matches?
Everyone receives matches. If you
decide that you want to see your match's photo or communicate with them, you will need to validate your account.
What forms of payment does iChurch accept?
iChurch accepts Visa, Mastercard,
and American Express.
How can I check on the status of my validation or update my credit card information?
Click on My Account Settings on
the top right side of your page. Click on the Payment Details button.
What happens if I chose to terminate my subscription?
If you chose to terminate your
subscription, you may do so by clicking on My Account Settings. Click on the terminate account button, or click on the following link:
Account Termination
At this point, we will remove your profile from the site and you will no longer be able to communicate with matches.
Do I still have to pay for the rest of my subscription if I
chose to terminate my account?
We do not pro-rate accounts and
your information will be immediately withdrawn from the site. Upon closing your account you will still be
responsible for the cost of your original subscription. In other words, if you signed up for a 3 month
subscription on February the 14, but decided to close your account on March 15,
you will still be responsible for
charges through May 15.
What if I decide that I want to re-open my closed account?
If you change your mind and want
to re-open your account (and we hope that you do), just send us an email via the Contact us option under
the Help tab. We will be happy to help you re-open your account.

you will exchange 3 Free Response Questions also selected from a preset list. The third step is Open
Dialog. Open Dialog is our site specific messaging tool that allows Matches to freely communicate while still
protecting their privacy. Once you achieve Open Dialog with a match, you can be confident that you share
similar values and priorities, the foundation of a strong relationship already in place!

Advanced Consent
You understand that this consumer transaction involves your advanced consent (also called a "negative option"), and you may be liable for payment for future goods and services under the terms of this agreement if you fail to notify the supplier not to supply the goods or services described. For future purchases, ichurch.com reserves the right to make modifications and changes at any time, to these terms and conditions that are deemed necessary, without prior notification.
Registration & Other Fees
Upon registering, a Member ID and Password are assigned to you and can be used to gain limited access to ichurch.com. Upon validating your account, the initial validation charge of one dollar and ninety-five cents includes three days worth of full access to the on-line dating service. Completing validation may take up to six hours, therefore accounts cannot be deleted for six hours following user completion of the validation process. After three days, if you choose not to cancel, you will be billed for a three-month ichurch.com membership package fee of one hundred and forty nine dollars and ninety-seven cents. Membership fees will be charged to the credit card used by you to complete the validation transaction. A one dollar validation service fee will be incurred weekly beginning one week from the date of validation and will continue through the duration of a validated membership. Prior charges for all programs are non-refundable but additional subscriptions can be canceled and future charges stopped at any time by visiting the Account Settings page, clicking on the terminate account button and entering your password. You can also cancel your account by emailing the iChurch Support Team at support@ichurch.com. Please be aware that if you choose to cancel through the iChurch Support Team, it will take three business days to complete the cancellation of your account once the support staff has received your request. All charges that occur during that time period will still be charged to the user.
In the event that your credit card company rejects iChurch's initial charges for your initial quarterly or semiannual membership subscription term, your membership will default to a monthly membership at 1/3 of the quarterly subscription fee or 1/6 of the semiannual subscription fee, respectively, and remain a monthly membership until you contact the iChurch Support Team at support@ichurch.com and request that your quarterly or semiannual membership be reinstated. Similarly, if quarterly or semiannual subscription charges for any subscription terms after your initial subscription term are rejected by your credit card company, your membership will default to a monthly membership at 1/3 of the quarterly subscription fee or 1/6 of the semiannual subscription fee, respectively, and remain a monthly membership until you contact the iChurch Support Team at support@ichurch.com and request that your quarterly or semiannual membership be reinstated. If your credit card company rejects iChurch's charges for a monthly membership, iChurch may, in its sole discretion, cancel your membership or make additional attempts to charge your account. Prior charges for all programs are non-refundable but future membership subscription terms can be canceled and associated future charges stopped at any time by visiting the Account Settings page, clicking on the terminate account button and entering your password. You can also cancel your account by emailing the iChurch Support Team at support@ichurch.com. Please be aware that if you choose to cancel through the iChurch Support Team, it will take three business days to complete the cancellation of your account once the support staff has received your request. All charges that occur during that time period will still be charged to the user and will be non-refundable.
If you choose to sign up for this service and pay the recurring quarterly charges using a debit card you hereby provide pre-authorization and consent that ichurch.com may charge one hundred and forty nine dollars and ninety-seven cents on a quarterly basis as well as a validation service charge of one dollar weekly. You may stop payment on any pre-authorized charge by notifying ichurch.com at least three business days prior to the scheduled charge date. You agree your pre-authorization and written consent to charge your debit card is given in electronic form by submitting the request for the membership, and that an electronic signature is sufficient to authenticate your authorization to charge the debit card. You further agree that these terms and conditions shall be your copy of your pre-authorization for the debit card.
At any time during the first three days (not including the 6 hour validation window described above), if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you may cancel your account and prevent monthly, quarterly or semi-annual subscription fees from being billed to your credit card by visiting the Account Settings page, clicking on the Terminate Account button and entering your password as requested. You may also email customer service at support@ichurch.com for a refund of your validation fee.
Three Day Unconditional Satisfaction Guarantee and Cancellation Requirements
At any time during the first three days (not including the 6 hour validation window described above), if you are not fully satisfied with your purchase you may cancel your account and prevent quarterly subscription fees and validation service fees from being billed to your credit card by visiting the Account Settings page, clicking on the Terminate Account button and entering your password as requested. You may also email customer service at support@ichurch.com for a refund of your validation fee. Please be aware that if you choose to cancel through the iChurch Support Team, it will take three business days to complete the cancellation of your account once the support staff has received your request. All charges that occur during that time period will still be charged to the user and will be non-refundable.

As used in this Agreement, the following definitions will apply:
"Agreement" shall mean these Terms and Conditions (including any terms incorporated by hyperlink). "Client", "I", "you" or "your" shall mean the person or persons using, or subscribing to this website. "We", "us", "the company" or "our", shall mean ichurch.com and its owners. "Site" shall mean a World Wide Web Site, and depending on the context, refers to the back office administration web site, the sponsor's web site, or the affiliate's web site.

Term of the Agreement
The period during which this Agreement will be in effect begins upon your purchase of subscription and will end when terminated by either party. Either party may terminate the Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party 10 (ten) days written notice of termination. Either party may terminate the Agreement immediately, without notice, if the other party breaches any material term of the Agreement and the breach is not corrected within 10 (ten) days of written notification. Upon the termination of this Agreement, you must immediately cease use of our site and any other materials provided to you in connection with this Agreement, including any trademarks, trade dress and logos.
NOTE: Memberships may only be modified by the support staff of ichurch.com. A member must reach the support staff via email at support@ichurch.com. Thank you for your membership, we look forward to continuing to serve you.
Charge backs and Reversals
We handle all charge backs and reversals as potential cases of fraudulent use of our services and/or theft of services. In cases where we have provided a service and we have verified that a client has validated their account and gained membership status on our site, whether or not they have used the site in any way, possible actions taken by the company may include disabling access to your account, filing a complaint with the Internet Crimes Bureau or local authorities, or reporting the incident to the appropriate authorities in your state to investigate theft of services. All fraudulent cases of chargeback requests will be vigorously fought by the Company. Please be advised that all activity and IP address information is being monitored on the site. This information may be used in a civil and criminal case against a client if there is fraudulent use or theft of services.

Consent to Binding Arbitration Before the American Arbitration Association
By execution of this Agreement you hereby consent and agree that any and all disputes that arise concerning this Agreement or any of the terms of this Agreement, or that concern any aspect of the relationship between Client and Company, shall be decided exclusively in binding arbitration conducted by the American Arbitration Association ('AAA'). Client and Company further consent and agree that Client may file their complaint with the AAA in their state, but that all AAA arbitration hearings shall be conducted in Utah, where Company is headquartered and located, before a single AAA arbitrator. The arbitrator shall be appointed in accordance with the Section R-13, Appointment from Panel, of AAA's Commercial Arbitration rules. Client and Company consent and agree that the AAA arbitrator shall exclusively apply Utah law to the dispute, regardless of and without giving any consideration to choice of law principles. Client and Company further consent and agree that each party will bear his/her/it's own cost and attorneys' fees incurred in connection with the AAA arbitration proceedings, and agree that the AAA arbitrator shall have no power or discretion to make any award of costs or attorneys' fees. However, in the event that Client or Company files any court proceedings in violation of the contractually agreed upon arbitration requirement, the party who is required to appear in any court proceedings to defend against such proceeding shall be entitled to an immediate stay and dismissal of such court proceedings, and shall be entitled to an award of all reasonable attorneys' fees and costs incurred in connection with such court proceedings. The final decision of the arbitrator shall be furnished in writing and shall constitute a conclusive determination of the issue(s) in question, binding upon the Client and Company, and shall not be contested by either of them except as permitted by applicable law. Such decision may be used in a court of law only for the purpose of seeking enforcement of the arbitrators' award.
Waiver
No failure to enforce any provision, assert any right or insist on performance of any provision under this Agreement in any instance shall be deemed a waiver of the ability to enforce such provision, assert such right, or insist on the performance of such obligations in the future. Our failure to enforce your strict performance will not constitute a waiver of our right to subsequently enforce such provision or any other provision of this Agreement.
Entire Agreement
This agreement constitutes the entire understanding with regard to your purchase and affiliation with the sponsor, and us and supersedes all prior representations, oral or written. If any provision, paragraph, or subparagraph of this agreement is adjudged by any court of law to be void or unenforceable, in whole or in part, the rest of the agreement shall remain in effect. The parties agree that in such event, the offending clause will be replaced with a provision or provisions having the same economic effect. This agreement shall be binding on, and shall inure to the benefit of, the parties to it and their respective heirs, legal representatives, successors and assigns. By ordering from ichurch.com or utilizing services of ichurch.com. You hereby acknowledge that you have read the above terms and conditions, understand them, and agree to be legally bound by them.
Enforcement of Terms and Conditions

● Web bugs. A web bug, web beacon, or action tag is programming code that can be used to display an image on a web pagebut can also be used to transfer an individual's unique user identification (often in the form of a cookie) to a database and associate the individual with previously acquired information about an individual in a database. The Company currently contracts with online partners to help manage and optimize its Internet business and communications. It uses the services of a marketing company to help us measure the effectiveness of its advertising and how visitors use its site. To do this, it uses web beacons and cookies provided by its marketing company on this site. The type of information it collects includes the frequency, duration, and pages viewed by visitors, and the time on a page, their operating system, browser size, type, version and connection speed. By supplementing its records, this information helps it learn things like what pages are most attractive to its visitors, which of its products most interest its customers, and what kinds of offers its customers like to see. Although the marketing company logs the information coming from its site on its behalf, the Company controls how that data may and may not be used.
1.5 Individual Information.
As used herein, "Individual Information" means Registra Information, Third-Party Registration Information, Other Information, Technology Information, Outside Information, and any other information the Company gathers or receives about individuals.
1.6 No Information Collected from Children.
The Company's products and services do not solicit information or target information of any kind to children under the age of 13. The Company will not knowingly collect any personal information about children under the age of 13. It is possible by fraud or deception we may receive information pertaining to children under the age of 13. If the Company obtains actual knowledge that it has collected personal information about a child under the age of 13, that information will be immediately deleted from its database. Because it does not collect such information, the Company has no such information to use or to disclose to third parties. The Company has designed this policy in order to comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act ("COPPA").
1.7 Credit Card Information.
The Company may in certain cases collect credit card numbers and related information, such as the expiration date of the card ("Credit Card Information") when an individual places an order from Company. When the Credit Card Information is submitted to Company, such information is encrypted and is protected with SSL encryption software. The Company will use the Credit Card Information for the purpose of processing and completing the purchase transaction, and the Credit Card Information may be disclosed to Third Parties only as necessary to complete the purchase transaction or to offer related products and services by trusted affiliates and partners. Credit Card Information is not included in the definition of "Individual Information" and is not shared with Third Parties, except as noted above. Specific opt-in requirements for sharing of financial information under various state laws such as Vermont and New Mexico do not apply.
USE OF INDIVIDUAL INFORMATION
2.1 Discretion to Use Information.
THE COMPANY MAY USE INDIVIDUAL INFORMATION FOR ANY LEGALLY PERMISSIBLE PURPOSE IN COMPANY'S SOLE DISCRETION. The Company may use Individual Information to provide promotional offers to individuals by means of email advertising, telephone marketing, direct mail marketing, online banner advertising, and package stuffers, among other possible uses.
2.2 Email.
The Company uses Individual Information to provide promotional offers by email to individuals. If email recipients wish to end their email subscription, they may do so as described in paragraph 5 below. In certain commercial email messages sent by Company, an advertiser's name will appear in the "From:" line, but hitting the "Reply" button will cause a reply email to be sent to Company. The "Subject:" line of Company email messages will usually contain a line provided from the advertiser to Company. The subject line will not usually contain phrases such as "ADV:" or "ADVERTISEMENT". The Company only sends email to individuals who have agreed on its websites to receive email from the Company or to individuals who have agreed on third-party websites to receive email from third-parties such as Company. The Company does not send unsolicited email messages. As a result, statutes requiring certain formatting for unsolicited email are not applicable to Company's email messages.
2.3 Targeted Advertising.
The Company uses Individual Information to target advertising to an individuals. The Company uses Individual Information to advertise, directly or indirectly, to individuals using direct mail marketing or telemarketing using telephones and cell phones. Monitoring and Recording. You hereby give permission and consent to the Company or its affiliates to contact you via phone or email and agree to allow the Company or its affiliates to monitor or record your phone conversations.
2.4 Storage of Individual Information.
The Company stores the Individual Information in a database on Company computers. Our computers have security measures (such as a firewall and monitoring) in place to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of the information under Company's control. Notwithstanding such measures, even the most robust security systems are not foolproof and the Company cannot guarantee that its security measures will prevent the Company computers from being illegally accessed, and the Individual Information on them stolen or altered.
2.5 Notification of Privacy Policy Changes.
The Company's business is always changing and the Privacy Policy may change as well. The Company will post the changes here so its users are always aware of what information is collected, how it is used, and under what circumstances, if any, it may be disclosed. UNSUBSCRIBE
5.1 Unsubscribe Procedure.
If you wish to discontinue receiving email messages from Company, you have several options:
● Unsubscribe from one email list. To unsubscribe from a particular list follow the instructions in each promotional email message sent by the Company.
● Unsubscribe from all Company email lists. We reserve the right to add Individual Information to multiple lists maintained by Company. To globally unsubscribe from all of Company's lists go to Unsubscribe at the bottom the last email you received and complete the web form.
6.1 More Information.

and Hellos, involves exchanging 4 multiple choice questions from a preset list of 50 with your match. Next,
you will exchange 3 Free Response Questions also selected from a preset list. The third step is Open
Dialog. Open Dialog is our site specific messaging tool that allows Matches to freely communicate while still
